Your holiday will be wonderful if you are in Cyprus

Cyprus is a beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea, and it's a great place to visit during the summer. Cyprus has many different cities that you can explore while you're there, plus plenty of beaches and other types of landscapes to explore as well. Whether you're looking for something new or just want to relax on a beach with your friends, Cyprus has lots of options!

Nicosia

Nicosia is the capital city of Cyprus and the oldest city in Cyprus. It's also the political and administrative centre of the island, as well as its seat of power; it houses both houses (House of Representatives and Council) of parliament, government ministries, embassies and consulates.

Nicosia was built on top of an ancient city called Kition which dates back more than 4,000 years! Nicosia International Airport is located just south-east from Nicosia City Centre with regular flights from London Gatwick & Larnaca International Airport.

Paphos

Paphos is the biggest city in Cyprus, and it's also one of the most beautiful. There are many beaches, clubs and restaurants to choose from. If you want to relax after a long day of sightseeing or shopping then there are many hotels available as well.

The best way to explore Paphos is by car because there are several places that you should visit during your stay here such as:

  • The ancient city of Kourion which has ruins dating back thousands of years old!
  • Seven Springs Waterfall which has stunning views over Coral Bay Beach where people can swim at low tide!
  • Cape Greko Beach Resort where guests can enjoy swimming pools with water slides among other things like tennis courts etc..

Yeroskipou

Yeroskipou is a coastal town in the Limassol District of Cyprus, located on the Akrotiri Peninsula. The town is located around 14 km west of Limassol and around 19 km east of Paphos.

Yeroskipou has been inhabited since prehistoric times and was first mentioned by Ptolemy as "Dionysias". During Roman rule it was known as "Ieras" or "Eiras". It served as an important port for trade between Cyprus and other countries like Egypt, Syria and Greece; this trend continued during Byzantine times when it became known as "Kyras". After being destroyed by Arab invaders in 649 AD it was rebuilt but abandoned after earthquakes struck again in 1222 AD.

Larnaca

Larnaca is a coastal city in Cyprus and the largest city on the island. It is also the capital of Larnaca District. The city has an estimated population of about 55,000 people (2008), making it one of Cyprus' largest cities with respect to population, along with Limassol and Paphos.

Famagusta

Famagusta is a city in the east of Cyprus. It is one of the most popular destinations in Cyprus and it has many historical sites that you can visit, such as the ancient castle, which was built by the Genoese in 1489. Famagusta also has some beautiful beaches where you can enjoy swimming or sunbathing during your holiday there.

Limassol

Limassol is a city on the southern coast of Cyprus and capital of the eponymous district. Limassol is the second largest urban area in Cyprus after Nicosia. The city has been called "Miami" by many Cypriots, because of its nightlife, beach resorts and palm-lined avenues. It's also known as "the town of good neighbours".

Ayia Napa

Ayia Napa is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Cyprus. It offers a wide range of activities and facilities to keep you occupied during your stay. There are many hotels, beach clubs and restaurants where you can enjoy Greek food or international cuisine with your family or friends. If you're looking for an exciting nightlife experience then Ayia Napa is the place for it!

Protaras

Protaras is a beautiful seaside resort with a long beach, many restaurants and bars, popular with young people. Protaras is a good place for surfing because there are many hotels and apartments here.

The best place for a holiday

Cyprus is a great place for a holiday. There are many things to do and see, so you can find the best place for you. You can stay in hotels or apartments. You can eat at restaurants or take food home with you from the supermarket.

You can shop in local shops or go shopping online with Cypriot companies like. You can relax on beaches, play sports like tennis and golf, go hiking through nature parks--or just hang out at one of our many cafes!

I hope this article has helped you decide where to go for your holiday. Cyprus has many beautiful places to visit, but I think that Nicosia is the best because it has so much history and culture.
